Connor leads Neo’s investment efforts across pre-seed/seed & accelerator, works closely with founders especially on hiring & fundraising, and helps select & support Neo Scholars / Scholar Finalists. He's drawn to builders who have extreme agency, prioritize honing their craft over seeking external validation, and have a chip on their shoulder - growing up, Connor saw these traits embodied in his parents, and he's committed to helping people like them win in life.
